I get results regardless of the brand or the client. I am just as comfortable talking to the 18 year old buying his first Harley or a the billionaire buying his 6th G wagon from me.

I hate to lose. 2nd place is the first loser. I have sold the most new Mercedes Benz in Colorado over the last 6 years, and have been recognized by MBUSA for being in the top 10% of Mercedes salesman in the US.

On the Sales Management side I believe my number one priority is to help make the salesman working for me the most money they can make. If I can accomplish that goal then everything else falls into place.
