Growing up, I always enjoyed being involved in the world of sports and tried several different ones. Some of these sports allowed me to take part in national-level competitions, while others were more recreational. Regardless of the level of competition, they all helped me develop discipline, perseverance, and sacrifice. Engaging in sports has helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle, not just through cardiovascular exercise but also mentally, emotionally, and intellectually. I developed a range of skills such as motor, sensory, social, spatial perception, agility, and balance. Overall, sports have helped me lead a healthier and more fulfilled life.
