I am twenty-seven years old. I am a dual citizen of the USA and the UK. I moved back to the U.S. in 2020 after five years in England. I’m a fast learner, and I have a good variety of experience in different customer service jobs. I really enjoy customer service, and I love interacting with people. Attention to detail and quality of service are two of my top priorities with any job.
I have been working for the 8-million-subscriber YouTube channel Jstu for the last three years. I was originally hired as a camera operator, and my job has evolved to include being on the production team as a content strategist, and on-camera talent. This job has taught me a variety of skills, including understanding social media analytics and how to create successful short- and long-form content strategies. I also had to constantly stay on top of recent TikTok and Instagram trends, and understand what works and doesn't work for each platform.

This was my first job after moving to Colorado. I learned a variety of skills in this line of work. I was required to drive a company van and work independently or with a fellow installer to provide quality customer service, as well as install products professionally. The main skills I learned from this job were problem-solving and improvisation when jobs don't go as planned.
At the time I worked here, The Cosy Club prided itself on being one of the busiest restaurants in Bath. I trained as a waiter and had to manage large sections of tables during both breakfast and dinner periods. I learned time management skills and honed my customer service abilities. During peak periods, I had to manage 40+ covers at once.
My roles at Urban included overseeing the fitting rooms, working behind the register, organizing back stock and opening and closing the store. My customer service skills were greatly improved by working here.
I worked here between semesters at college. This was a very physically demanding job, and our shifts were from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Jacobs was a very busy coffee shop located in the centre of Bath, UK. I was originally hired to run drinks and food, but was eventually promoted to kitchen head. Because Bath is a busy tourist city, I learned to prepare food and drink at a quick and efficient pace.
This was my first job in the service industry. I got to learn how a restaurant operates. My roles included running food, cleaning dishes, preparing desserts, and sometimes serving tables. tables.
