Flexible and hardworking leader who has grown in multiple ways since the beginning of my high school career. I have excelled in leadership positions, challenging myself along the way to always make sure I am pushing my experiences to the fullest. Simultaneously, I maintained a strong GPA and worked through the entirety of my high school career to help support my parents and younger siblings.
-Gained experience in working with coworkers that cannot understand english, therefore growing communications skills in untraditional formats.
-Worked with customers to provide swift and efficient service.
-Developed conflict resolution skills in situations where a customer might have been unhappy or dissatisifed.
-Educated myself on the ins and outs of sorting, filing, and technical documents.
-Worked with paralegals and other professionals to develop my skills in debate.
-Worked with team members and trainees to understand proper cleaning technique.
-Learned the importance of organization, cleanliness and sanitization in the work place.
-Adjusted to properly accommodate customers and servers simultaneously while working with their specific demands.

Over the previous summer to gain experience about cadet life, I applied to the West Point SLE Week 2 to experience it first hand. Despite the struggles adapting to a different lifestyle, I confirmed my beliefs on service and pursuing such a difficult path.
