I started out as a Front of Store Attendant. My main focus and duties were to assist with many of the stores needs.
i was in charge of rounding up carts without the use of any machine and to greet and assist guests at the front end. As I became more integrated I learned all of the front end jobs. I was in two positions within a few months.
As a Service Advocate I learned the point of sale system, the registers, money handling, guest communication and satisfaction, processed returns/orders/inquiries, collaborated with team members, and provided support and training to new associates.
I learned to work under high pressure and learned how to de-escalate with customers.
I developed a strong relationship with coworkers, leaders, and guests alike. As an advocate i was also pushed to teach the loyalty program "target Circle" I helped guests navigate our system and patiently helped with any possible questions they had.
After I had become a reputable source for questions and team building I moved positions in November 2025.
I have now been working as the Tech and Electronics Associate.
This opened me up to new opportunities to learn how the back of store functions.
I was put entirely in charge of the well being and security of all of our technology and books. I learned how to inventory and push product to the sales floor. I am a keyholder with access to all the tech and tech backroom where we sell valuable and expensive products.
In the back I have assisted with heavy lifting, cleanup, maintaining inventory, and clear communications with Vendors and Co-workers.

At the front of store I was in charge of customer service and processing order inside and outside the restaurant.
I learned how to properly handle food and keep myself and my space tidy and clean. I developed strong habits in communication skills and intense rush hours. I operated the Drive-Thru and Registers, prepared meals, and handled our inventory to keep our food and drink fresh.
I followed food and safety regulations, followed strict guidelines to check for freshness of food.
I was promoted to a trainer and front end pay setter. I was in charge of a team of about 4-6 people at a time whenever my leader wasn't present or preoccupied.
I achieved one of the fastest order run time percentages during the summer of 2024. My average customer wait time was 30 seconds for an entire month.
