The past several years have opened up a new world of claims processing and insurance, and I am excited to continue to grow in this career. Most recent experience is in auto insurance claim handling, from investigating coverages and supporting my customer through the lifecycle of their claim, and writing collision estimates. During the pandemic I worked processing fraud claims on prepaid unemployment cards which was a fascinating experience. I am looking to expand my career and skill set and be a reliable, dedicated, and hard working asset to my organization.
