Leadership Experience

My position as cardiology clinic coordinator with Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center gave me the opportunity to expand my leadership capability. Within this role, I worked with upper management and department staff to revise old cardiology department-related policies, implement new cardiology department-related policies, and apply new standard practices. Additionally, I worked with physicians and department staff to organize provider and staff schedules and to maximize efficiency within the department in application to daily tasks and workflow.
