I was in charge of hiring Qmaps Qualified medication administration persons. And caregivers . I was in charge of training, q maps on the med cards\n I was in charge of\n Hiring a lead caregiver to work with new hired caregivers. I was also in charge of scheduling\n For all the q maps and caregivers I also work as lead q map and worked on the med card twice a week. To make sure med cards were properly checked.
