As a supply chain technician at a hospital, I managed the receipt, inspection, and distribution of medical and facility supplies across multiple departments. • As a Sam’s Club merchandiser, one is responsible for always maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the store and warehouse. This includes pulling freights of produce towards the front of the store and ensuring each product is stocked appropriately. One must also follow safety and department guidelines such as the height each product may be stacked, personal protective equipment, and ensuring each product is fresh and safe for consumption. Additionally, one must communicate clearly and professionally with customers regularly, making sure each question or concern is addressed fully.

• Responsible for greeting customers and checking them into the system, while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Walked customers through the status of their vehicles and made appropriate recommendations for needed services or parts. Ensured that all customers left satisfied, raising the rapport between our store and our customers. During oil changes, responsibilities included following recommended guidelines for each vehicle, keeping a clean environment, clear communication with fellow co-workers, and maintaining a strict schedule.
