I have worked in hospitality for the last 16 years and worked across several departments and for different properties. I have been a housekeeping coordinator,room service coordinator ,bartender. I went to culinary school and worked in kitchens until i worked my way up to sous chef. I am working currently as a night auditor and security. Night auditer entail using using the computer and being tech savvy closing the system and having the system ready for the next day. Printing out the reports for each department and having them ready before they arrive.
