• Law Enforcement Victim Advocate for 7 different jurisdictions. Provided crisis intervention, resources, and created safety plans with victims. Provided information on the Victims Rights Act and made sure victims knew the next steps in the criminal justice process. Served as a liaison between crime victims and law enforcement officers/detectives.

• Formed relationships with both victims and law enforcement officers/detectives during the investigation process. Worked with the Jefferson County DA’s to facilitate a warm hand off and set victims up with next steps in the criminal justice process. Accompanied victims to court when requested and worked with victim witness to ensure victims were informed.

• Managed volunteers during on-call shifts. This includes being the main point of contact for victims, law enforcement, and crisis calls. Manages schedule and makes sure shifts flow efficiently.

• Maintain an active caseload of victims of crime and trauma. Manage follow ups and keep track of court updates to inform victims on next steps.

• Provided trainings to both volunteers and law enforcement personnel on various of topics.

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients that come from court ordered time or department of corrections. Conduct weekly 1 on 1 meetings and stay on track of weekly tasks.
• Determine treatment needs and criminogenic needs to help reduce recidivism. Get them into the correct mental health treatment and substance treatment as needed.
• Work with individuals on attaining items including G.E.D, ID, jobs, and housing.
• Provide weekly trainings to groups on Mom Group. This is where individuals can get training on becoming a healthier parent and following step by step goals to attain this.

• Create job postings to attract candidates fit for the job description.
• Work with clients to understand the role that is being presented and work with job candidates to screen them for best fit. Followed candidates during the hiring stages to provide tips and updates.
• Evaluated resumes, interviewed, and presented qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Developed strong relationships with clients. First introductions to the clients to give promotional ideas of what we do.
• Handled companies social media pages (linkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Email Marketing). This included SEO and SMO advertisement.
• Handled in house operations including schedules and setting up meetings between employees and clients.
