Geary Bakewell

I have recieved the privilege of becoming a Bus Operator at a very young age and have grown and matured into this job/career. Being an Operator for many years I have come to understand what it feels like to work in the field. Through that experience, I also come to have a great connection and relationship with the Bus Operators. Now, being apart of the training department since 2023, first starting as a Revenue Instructor and now currently being in the roll of a BTW/Classroom Instructor, I have come to have the experience of developing, helping, encouraging and assisting operators. I love what I do and I have a lot of passion of wanting to help the Training Department to continue to improve and take the next level in producing the best operators in the world. In order to do that I want to help develop the best Revenue/BTW Instructors in the world. Through my experience and knowledge I hope to help lead this team and garage to great accomplishments in ultimately serving the public in a safe and efficient manner.
