• Lead the co-creation of three Structuring Master Plans (PME) in three regions of Southern Colombia (Tolima, Caguan and Putumayo).
• Identify and convene 505 stakeholders from the private sector, academia, farmers, Indigenous organizations, government, international cooperation, and grassroots groups for roundtable discussions around the PMEs.
• Participate on the map of 53 value chains in the agriculture, livestock, forestry, tourism, and craft sectors and design strategies to strengthen them.
• Design twelve projects to strengthen the value chains of coffee, cocoa, livestock, fish farming and forestry plantations in Tolima, Caquetá and Putumayo.

• Led participatory diagnostics of the coffee, bean, blackberry, and sisal value chains, engaging identified producer associations and developing strengthening plans for each link.
• Led the implementation of Agricultural Field Schools to enhance the technical and business capacities of identified producer associations.
• Conducted diagnostics and designed strengthening plans for identified producer associations.
• Designed and implemented procurement and infrastructure development plans to improve the business models of producer organizations. This included capacity building for organizations with Fair Trade and Mayacert certification, the construction of coffee laboratories, collection centers, the purchase of machinery, and the improvement of a fruit processing plant.
• Developed partnerships with public and private sector organizations to implement activities and promote inclusive value chains.
