My current position at the firm. I work with our small client development team to handle all interactions with potential new clients: Coordinating and scheduling consultations, processing and sending out financial agreements, referring out matters outside the firms areas of practice.
Generally speaking, we are the face of the firm and the first major point of contact that sets the standard for firm / client interaction going forward. I excel in this role because I am a great speaker, and an even better listener.
Started working at the Burnham Law firm as a front desk receptionist, but quickly excelled at client communications and relations, and was soon thereafter rotated to the client development team to put those skills to better use.
