Work History

Product Specialist

As a product specialist/field tech my role encompassed various aspects of support. I lead roughly 20 military installations and trainings, delivering installed machines/systems to the customer, providing various trainings on Trimble products (Earthworks/GCS/Roadworks/Siteworks), maintaining personnel and site safety, and providing onsite/remote troubleshooting for units across the globe. In the office I've taken part in over 1500 support cases, providing solutions for over 1100 of those cases, providing support for on and off machine products for numerous dealers and end users. In this role I also took up an inter team leadership role getting new local hires up to speed for their onboarding, providing guidance on case work and troubleshooting, training them on machine operation, system operation, product familiarization, and general best practices. As a field technician I've also been tapped as the local welder and installer, this included working with other teams and collaborating as well as teaching new team members about welding processes and installation best practices. Installations included overlay indicate systems, full 3D systems, hydraulic installs, and machine troubleshooting. I was also involved in TTO/SITECH trainings instructing students on machine control fundamentals, covering basic system functionality and understanding. These trainings also included the Install and Commissioning Course covering basic system installation, commissioning, and best practices

I was responsible for two MTU 1163 main diesel engines, three Caterpillar 3500 diesel generators, one LM2500 gas turbine. I was also responsible for auxiliary equipment such as CPP hydraulic systems, cooling systems for engines, bearings, and reduction gears.
