I have worked with United Airlines for 10 years and 5 of those years as a Ramp Agent Lead. As a ramp lead, I have reduced average bag loading time on tight turnaround by 7-10 minutes. I enforced safety compliance with the FAA guidelines, r reduced equipment’s mishaps and followed OSHA regulations. I coordinated with ground operation, Load planners and pilots to accurately submit the weight of all commodities loaded on the departure aircraft.
Prior to working with United Airlines, I worked for UPS for 12 years as a delivery driver. Though CDL wasn’t a requirement to drive for UPS, but I obtained a CDL with class B and endorsement. I have maintained my license for 15 years.
