As maintenance and service manager, I was responsible for all maintenance. In this 200 plus unit apartment complex. I was responsible for all repairs, remodeling, appliance repair, drywall, paint, etc.

I was also fully responsible for communicating with all outside contractors and vendors.

• As the maintenance director I am responsible for all maintenance upkeep and repair of all systems and equipment in the building and the surrounding grounds. I am responsible for all repairs and remodeling. I am responsible for the installation of all new equipment. I am responsible for the hiring and training of everyone in my department. I am responsible for all unit turns for new residents and all work orders submitted by residents.

• I oversee all aspects of maintenance, remodeling and repair of commercial and residential units contracted with our management company. I coordinate with vendors and contractors, Gather estimates and coordinate to schedule all work. I have more than 25 years of construction maintenance and repair experience and can do a lot of the work myself. My current employer manages more than 60 properties.

• I manage all aspects of maintenance and safety at the facility. I deal directly with all contractors and vendors as it pertains to repairs, upkeep and improvements to the facility. I manage all custodial work at the facility. I supervise the custodial staff. I am responsible for all electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

• I was responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities for Guestfloor Concepts, a business that operated 4 restaurants/bars a car wash and an office building. I was responsible for all the equipment therein, the buildings and the surrounding grounds. I oversaw and personally executed all equipment maintenance, building maintenance, grounds upkeep, plumbing repair, electrical repair, remodeling, paint, drywall, HVAC and carpentry. I was responsible for all contractors and vendors related to this work. I was responsible for all security and safety at all locations as well as all inspections.

• Self-owned home improvement contractor business. Specialized in home remodeling. Remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, built decks, finished basements, painted houses. Executed all aspects of home improvements: carpentry, drywall paint and tile work.
