We are currently looking for a full-time Construction Foreman with a passion for human services.

The Construction Foreman is a leader of various construction projects and must be able to both perform construction work and lead other employees and subcontractors in doing quality field work. This includes assisting the Construction Superintendent in completion of the project, ensuring the job is on schedule, within budget, and with safety as a priority while maintaining strong working relationships with the team, employees, consultants, and sub-contractors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Keep updated records of progress relating to scheduling, cost, and budget.
* Complete daily project reports.
* Assist Project Managers and Facility Coordinator in billing and keep all team members informed about project progress.
* Ensure material deliveries are on time and correct.
* Keep track of project schedule and large milestones with the ability to understand the trade phrasing for small to large size TI work.
* Manage employee work crew and coordinate subcontractor work to correspond with the project schedule.
* Coordinate heavily with the Director to ensure subcontractors are working within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
* Creates and maintains positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners.
* Assists in punch list and takes the lead in quality control over employees to finalize the building/project.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* 5 - 7 years hands-on working experience in the carpentry, electrical, plumbing and construction trades
* 3 - 5 years of experience in managing, estimating, and supervising construction related projects
* 3 year Experience with working or supervising remediation projects
* Ability to understand plans blue prints, specifications, scopes of work, and other necessary construction documents to ensure job is completed as expected
* OSHA 10 (Preferred)
* Strong Customer service and Client relationship skills
* Professionalism and representing the Company well



PREFERABLY YOU'LL BRING

* A two year degree in construction from an accredited school may be substituted for construction experience if experienced with one or more years as a general foreman or equivalent position.
* Carpentry apprenticeship
* Interior remodeling experience with all construction trades is preferable
* CPR certification
* Forklift Truck operating experience
* Scissors lift operating experience
* Mold and asbestos certification and or training is preferred
