Support the bartender in prior preparation, cutting fruits, organizing garnishes and verifying inventories.
I guarantee order and constant cleanliness of bars, floors, surfaces and equipment.
I properly manage waste and comply with safety and hygiene protocols.
I collaborate in the reception and storage of merchandise following rotation rules.
Teamwork to ensure agile, efficient and high-quality service for guests.
