As a Technical Manager, I am responsible for leading a team of 50+ people for the client Seguros Bolívar. I have overseen and participated in the technical definition of more than 10 software projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, and client requirements. Additionally, I work on developing a well-rounded team of professionals with business knowledge and technical skills, enabling them to deliver solutions that generate value for the business.

• Achievements: Led a team 5+ people and built data pipelines for the data warehouse using AWS services such as S3 for storage, Glue for ingestion and transformation, and Redshift and Athena for data consumption.

As a Technical Lead, I was responsible for providing the team with the necessary tools and support, including technical guidelines, monitoring, and problem-solving, to deliver business solutions that generate value.

• Achievements: Led the team and implemented information models for the client Nueva EPS, participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle.The technologies used in this project included PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for ETL construction, and Oracle Business Intelligence for building visualization dashboards.Among the most relevant models are: Modelo de Canales: which automated the process and reduced response times for user claims.
• Achievements: Led the team and implemented information models for the client DAPRE - Presidency of the Republic, participating in the analysis, design, and implementation of the data model and visualization dashboards.The technologies used in this project included Azure SQL Server for the database, Data Factory for ETL processing, and Power BI for dashboard visualization.The implementation of this project enabled the definition, monitoring, and control of presidential plans.

As a Software Construction Specialist, I was responsible for leading and technically defining projects at all stages of software engineering.

• Achievements: Implemented information models for the client Banco Davivienda that provided strategic indicators for decision-making and made business information available.The technologies used in this customer included PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for ETL construction, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Power BI for building visualization dashboards.Key models include: ePayco: Automated the process and provided payment indicators through the platform. Apple Membership: Provided indicators and managed credit card placements. Cheques de Gerencia: Eliminated the risk of double check payments.
