  • Eleven months as Premier Support engineer for Windows User Experience team. Investigation and troubleshooting of high level complexity cases for the most sensitive customers on the Windows OS core components. Served as a communication bridge between the Product Group developers and the customers to resolve bugs and configuration issues on the corresponding technologies. In this area, knowledge was acquired regarding several technologies such as Remote Desktop Services, Windows Remote Management, Windows Virtual Desktops on Azure platform, Printing and Windows Server and Client Management. Hundreds of cases were handled and resolved during this period, where teamwork and collaboration was necessary among the organization teams.
