- As a team member with more experience, I had lots of responsibilities and more skills. I learned all stations and completed certifications to be able to teach new hires. I was also in charge of making sure stations and store was properly closed so that everything would be ready and cleaned for the morning shift. I would also make sure that new hires understood each station and would be certified in these stations. I also was able to learn bartending which helped improve skills such as bar, sales, customer service, and other valuable skills. Lastly, I also was able to learn things such how to do inventory and money handling with cash drawers.
