John is driven by a passionate desire that students should be prepared for life. Fulfilling their academic potential is part of this, but so is allowing them to develop their creative skills as well as ensuring that they are fit and healthy. He is more than aware of the importance of a safe environment that promotes student wellbeing and allows differences to be understood and celebrated. He also appreciates the need to provide high quality of service for parents and the owners of the school to ensure the continual sustainability of the school. John is approachable and enjoys working with students, teachers, parents, and his superiors to find the best way forward to consolidate and improve on existing practices. He wants teachers to be able to provide the best education, in the broadest sense of the word, for students and seeks to help them grow as people as much as professionals.
