  • Wireline Robocalling: Created numerous capabilities to determine and eliminate fraud calling to Verizon Customers including a no touch process leveraging AI/ML algorithms that detect Call fraud activity in the Verizon Voice Network through pattern matching and immediately block the offending traffic from reaching Verizon Customers
  • NPA-NXX Call Routing Modernization: This program is refactoring the legacy Verizon systems that were mainframe based with unsupported technology into the AWS Cloud with the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) define by Enterprise architecture
  • Dial 1 Modernization: This effort re-engineered the legacy Long Distance Subscription services supporting 90M Verizon Long Distance Voice and VoIP lines from a mainframe and midrange-based applications across three distinct data-centers into an AWS SOE supported solution providing over $500K in annual OPEX reductions
