I strongly believe and have confirmed by knowledge and clinical experience that brains need to stay active and to be challenged with not only physical but mental effort, which is why I use my free time to improve different cognitive skills needed to perform successfully in every challenge I encounter, I also love to learn languages as I find fundamental to be adaptable in a multicultural context without forcing my own.
