• GFC Analyst for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Weapon System (GWS) High Fidelity Continuous Integration Lab (HCIL).
• Interface with software developers, conduct self-study and examine logs to understand new and improved software functionality of the GMD Fire Control and Communication (GFC) software product.
• Produce 4-6 test verification plans demonstrating specific software functionality in each Pacing Benchmark (PBM) event.
• Interface with the GFC analysis team to incorporate manual methods of analysis into automated analysis tools.
• Conduct investigations of issues uncovered in Ground Test Events demonstrating new Ballistic Missile Defense System Track (BST) functionality.

• GFC Analyst for the Threat State mission component scrum team and Integration Team.
• Perform analysis of new BST functionality under development; work with software developers to fix problems before entering integration and test.
• Conduct investigations of issues uncovered in BST-3, BST-4 and BST-5 events. Produce playbacks of runs to further evaluate, identify and help developers fix software issues.
• Mentor integration team on new BST functionality.
• Develop and execute plans to test software improvements. Utilize results to show health at build completion for lead Architect/Build team.
• Execute integration tasks for multiple concurrent builds; provide lab demonstrations and workshops for internal/external customers while maintaining system stability and performance.
• Perform first line troubleshooting and deep dive analyses of issues encountered during integration, operations, test and training events; support developers through investigation, problem resolution and test verification.
• Developed and maintained documentation for integration workflows and procedures, improving team efficiency.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Operations & Sustainment, Training & Exercise and Test organizations within the GMD GFC program.

• Produce timeline and performance analyses of the GFC product used in Real World Events, Missile Defense Agency (MDA)-sponsored Flight and Ground Test activities and Warfighter training events.
• Design scenarios to support Warfighter crew training certifications; provide onsite SME support during Warfighter training runs; provide real-time response to crew questions on system behavior and anomalies.
• Manage planning, execution and analysis of MDA-sponsored distributed training exercises designed to exercise the GMD Concept of Operations (CONOPs) under development.

• Validate system requirements for the Nimrod Maritime Patrol Aircraft Stores Management System.
• Use earned value management (EVM) methodologies to analyze design and development costs associated with producing circuit card assemblies.

• Conduct system performance analysis of the GFC product and Boeing Range Interface and Test Evaluation (RITE) systems in support of Integrated Flight Test events with focus on message throughput and latency.
• Implement processes to support near-real-time exchange of flight test data with stateside elements.

• Integrate the GFC software product with the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) Wargame 2000 simulator to conduct wargames in support of GMD CONOPS development.
• Incorporate measurement and analysis tools to improve requirements traceability in wargames and enhance post processing and data reduction timelines.

• Focal point for daily intelligence estimates and briefings on foreign air, missile and space developments for senior military officials and national-level intelligence agencies.
• Designer and coordinator of training plans utilizing range threat simulation systems to help strategic and tactical aircrews prepare for combat deployments and improve operational readiness.
