I'd like to formally express my appreciation for Debra Foss. Deb's extensive Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Fire Control (GFC), and overall GMD system-level knowledge is an irreplaceable asset to not only GFC Integration but to the Program as a whole. She is always available to help track down issues, takes initiative on her own to dig deeper than necessary, and is constantly discovering system abnormalities. I personally continue to learn so much from Deb.She's willing to mentor new team members and anyone who doesn't understand a particular concept. Her communication skills are impeccable as she consistently keeps Integration and Product personnel apprised of the issues she's found/investigating. Deb portrays to her co-workers, our customers and end-users the intelligent and kind persona that I know Northrop wants front-and-center.
