Storehouse 3:10 Ventures is a turnkey real estate company providing beautifully rehabbed, cash flowing rental properties to a network of military/veteran and patriot investors.

Since 2018, we have acquired and sold over 150 turnkey rental properties.

Additionally, I partner on two mobile home parks, a multi-use retail and apartment project, and a fund to enable veteran operators to achieve success in real estate. I am passionate about creating real estate investment opportunities while providing meaningful employment opportunities.

Led a command of over 320 Sailors and civilians conducting cyberspace operations against multiple malicious cyber actors. Managed a multimillion dollar budget and ensured judicious spending plans were implemented during a period of fiscal constraints and limited resources.

Second in command and overall responsible for day-to-day operations of a 320+ Sailor and civilian command.

Reviewed individual department performance and worked with leadership to improve processes, procedures and practices.

• Deployed with and led small teams of 10-15 personnel on multiple missions aboard Navy vessels.

• Demonstrated expertise in planning, implementation and execution of Electronic Warfare and Counter Remote-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device tactics, direction and employment of units, and coordination requirements between Explosive Ordinance Disposal Units located throughout Iraq.

• Filed instrument flight plans with air traffic control so flights could be coordinated with other air traffic.
• Used instrumentation to pilot aircraft during poor visibility.
