I worked in Office Services at the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Faber Schreck, I was responsible for replying to emails quickly and in a timely manner. I would print out documents for attorney's to apply a wet signature, documents to send out to clients and to build project binders. I worked closely with bankruptcy in doing mailing for up to 300 people. Downloading files, to organize and look up address for out mailing. I would run document to courthouses and the state capital for our attorneys. We help build case binder for our Litigation team. Our shift was 10 hour days, we would stay until all our tasks or request where finished. I am proficient in Document Printing, PDF convection, Word document compiling, mailing out mail, delivering mail to corresponding individual, I also help set up metting in person or via zoom, scheduling rooms for visitors and clearing documents after visits via shredding.
