With over 35 years of experience as a General Maintenance Mechanic (Mill Wright), I have honed my skills in welding structural steel and heavy-duty, high-pressurized pipe. I have worked with industry giants like Kimberly Clark Paper and Alcoa for 25 and 10 years respectively, gaining direct experience in servicing various pump types and developing training materials for new mechanics/operators. My hands-on training sessions have significantly contributed to improving systems, driving value, and providing cost savings for my employers. As a maintenance team member and crew leader, I have overseen fast-paced production lines and Industrial Wastewater Treatment operations, consistently achieving record production results. Despite only being with Bumble Bee & Seafood for a year before relocating to Colorado, I was quickly promoted within the company due to my extensive experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement.
