Also, responsible for supporting elaboration and execution of AFC Strategy, aligned with Corporate Strategic Plan. Responsible for coordination and completion of annual budget, mid-term plan (MTP), forecasts, managerial reporting (corporate and local) in month end close process, and support in Accounting activities. Drove forecasting accuracy and profit margins improvements by establishing more rigorous and friendly expenses and sales follow-up.
