• Field lead for installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of microwave radio links: managed 170+ links across 250+ base stations in Northwestern and Caribbean regions of Colombia.
• Commissioned MW nodes; performed BER and RFC2544 testing; managed transmission routing, tributary interconnections, cross-connects and migrations in Claro's transport/backhaul/backbone networks.
