Managed the design from from the concept phase to the detailed design phase. I coordinated with the aquatic designer, architect, and structural engineers to confirm there would be no conflicts with our pool structure. Also, I reviewed all shop drawings before releasing to the design team for the approval process. Attending lunch and learns and interviews were also a big part of the job.

I created the company template and standards within Revit as well as transitioning all the CAD details in Revit using all detail components. Creating all custom families and schedules necessary for a full construction document set. as well, as creating and implementing Revit standards I also created training material that included how to powerpoint as well as instructional videos. Coordination was a big part as I coordinated every Revit project and did our own internal clash detection using Navisworks. I also setup up Counsilman-Hunsaker the ability to use are Revit model and create 3D/Flyover Renderings using Lumion.

Created company templates and custom families. Modeled the houses from CAD drawings in Revit to provide renderings to the clients.
