-One of eight supervisors who managed the virtual classes for Berlitz in all of Latin America:

▪ Led and conducted trainings, workshops and inductions to prepare culturally diverse

instructors to teach Berlitz courses and understand our methodology

▪ Managed, with two other supervisors, class pace for six South American countries: Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, and Colombia

▪ Monitored lessons and provide monthly feedback to 30+ instructors in one-on-one coaching sessions
▪ Followed up on classes of concern due to pace or evaluation scores and provide instructors and students with action plans to correct the problems
▪ Conducted pre-employment interviews to ensure the language fluency of potential instructors
▪ Conducted reclassifications to assess the suitability of student levels when they are brought into question
