Toyota Productions Simulation: Simulated a Toyota Water Pump line assembly with a team and applied Lean Principles such as 5S and Continuous Improvement to evaluate and optimize the work. Takt Time was calculated to improve throughput, capacity, productivity.


Tiger Tutor Team Creator: Created a integer program with the PYOMO library to optimize schedule for Volunteer RIT Math Tutors based on experience, preference, and availability. Implemented binary decision making and customized constraints reflecting real-world needs.


Paper Boat Experiment: Tested different boat designs to determine which combination of paper, folding style, and wax utilization could hold the most weight in coins. Utilized ANOVA analysis to visualize the data and determine a conclusion.
