Communicate with customers if needed to explain repairs and service requirements. Diagnose, repair and service all models. Assist service technicians with proper diagnosis and repair. Communicate with manufacture representatives for warranty assistance and repair authorization. Assist service writers to quote parts and labor time for repairs and accessory installation. Assist warranty clerk with warranty filing and recall compliance. Assist parts department with required parts for customer repairs. Assist sales department with proper function and specifications for customer inquiry.
