• Responsible for all aspects of shop office operations, including production control, combined man-hour accounting, and maintenance reports; oversees the workflow efficiency and continuity of six commodity sections: Ground Support Equipment, Communications and Electronics, Armament, Automotive, Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment(TMDE), and Allied Trades; consisting of a 132 personnel.

• Oversee Modification Work Orders (MWO) and Safety of Usage Messages (SOUM) for all weapons systems including over 2000 Modification Work Orders (MWO) for weapons, vehicles, forklifts, radios, and night vision goggles.

• Assess and maintain compliance In accordance with the Department of the Army publications, doctrines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ambassador to the local host nation and built ties within the local communities.

• Contributed towards cost reduction initiatives by effectively managing inventory levels and of spare parts.

Managed five lower-echelons maintenance teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards, as well as developed maintenance strategies and procedures. To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to identify areas for improvement, conducted regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment. Managed maintenance-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment.

• Serves as the Army's ambassador within the community; recruits, determines applicant enlistment eligibility, counsels applicants on enlistment programs and options, prepares enlistment applications, and processes qualified applicants to enlist in the Army and Army Reserve; accounts for and prepares Future Soldiers for initial entry training; covering area covering 441 square miles with 15 high schools and three colleges.
