  • Catalina Rate Case Manager – developed comprehensive and defensible testimony and cost support for SCE’s general rate cases for the Catalina Water and Gas utilities.
  • SCE’s lead project manager for the mobile home park rulemaking proceeding is working directly with representatives from major California IOUs. Used professional accounting knowledge, research, and interpretation of Rule 15 – line extension tariff to develop a financial impact analysis for converting all of SCE’s mobile home parks in its service territory for SCE’s senior management. Because of the magnitude of the cost, this analysis served as the basis for the 'pilot program' approach for converting mobile homes in SCE’s service territory.
