Alberto Bueno

Alberto is a mining management and productivity consulting expert with extensive background delivering results in mining operational excellence projects in 22 countries worldwide. He has worked in more than 15 successful mining projects in Underground and Open Pit mines in Canada, Mexico, Panama, Honduras, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Madagascar, among others. Most of the projects have been developed for Peter Chadwick Consulting, Impact Consulting, The Highland Group, As One Consulting among others.

Mr. Bueno has a strong experience in identification of opportunities for improvement, implementation of operational and maintenance challenges working in the areas of assessment, design, alignment, implementation, and sustainability of mining areas, Processes and Productivity enhancement resulting in positive impact in the client’s bottom line in a sustainable way. Hands-on improvement experience in the areas of exploration, planning and the whole mining cycle.

Alberto also leads the installation of right behaviors in supervisory and higher command levels. Lowering the change resistance toward the projects.

Alberto Bueno has a degree in Quality Control in Japan sponsored by the Japanese Government for being one of the one hundred best students of the country. He has a Computer Science Engineering from Technologic de Monterrey ranked the best university in Latin America. Alberto Bueno is the Co-founder of a mining consulting company called MININGCOACH, which focuses on strengthening mining operations' performance through people, systems, and processes.
