Laborer tasks- backfill and grade for pavement and landscaping. Misc site clean up and punch list items.

Operator tasks- Rollers for compacting finish grade for pavement and mass backfill/grading. Loaders and skid steers for placing backfill material and other misc material handling and clean up.

Spotted concrete trucks and helped unload truck into pump truck. Documented concrete tests results and reporting results to foreman. Helped batch concrete and clean out concrete trucks. Worked overnight watching water treatment plant by turning on and off a sequence of pumps to fill and drain tanks. Changing out Co2 tanks and maintaining water circulation. Fixing and repairing pumps and hoses as needed.

Planned and coordinated daily goals and tasks with superintendent prior to start of shift. Lead and communicate the daily plan to the crew and delegate tasks to each person. Execute and oversee operations to maintain a safe and efficient operation. Problem solving and critical thinking when plans change. Coordinating and planning with other trades when operations/tasks overlap one another. Overseeing and supervising of 3rd party trucks. Mediating and resolving disputes. Fill out and submit timecards. Read blueprint drawings and filling out other safety paperwork. Over watched upwards of 10-15 people and multiple operations at a time.

Environmental/erosion control. Hand grading ditch lines. Installing wattles and riprap rock. Spotting and directing 3rd party trucks. Lay out for trenches, backfilling, and other surveying needs. Grading and compacting for trenches and footers. Snow removal, dewatering, and other weather related clean up.

Demolition and removal of man holes and drainage pipe. Utility locating and repairing. Shoveling and compacting backfill material. Snow removal and other weather related clean up. Loading and unloading trucks. Other misc site needs.

Laborer tasks- Lay out and grade for trenching/excavating. Rigging and placing RCP and other drainage structures. Shoveling and compacting backfill material. Moving and installing CBW. Spotting for equipment, traffic, and 3rd party trucks.

Operator tasks- Loaders and skid steers for loading and unloading trucks. Material handling and placing backfill material. Assembling and placing trench boxes and other trench shoring devices. Rollers to compact backfill material. Water truck for site dust control and other misc water truck needs.

Laborer tasks- Erosion/environmental control, installing and replacing wattles and riprap rock. Spot equipment and 3rd party deliveries. Load and unload trucks. Place CBW and other misc traffic control devices. Install and backfill corrugated steel pipes. Lay out and fine grading for pavement.

Operator tasks- Loader and skid steers for misc material handling and loading/unloading trucks.

Set up water pumps and hoses for dewatering. Shovel and compact backfill material. Soil stabilization and grading for crane pads. Misc site clean up.

Laborer tasks- MSE walls- Assist in unloading materials. Rig and place wall panels. Install support straps on wall panels. Shovel and hand work backfill material. Collect tickets from 3rd party trucking companies and show them where to dump material.

Operator tasks- Loading and unloading of materials with skid steer and loader. Place/spread backfill material and other misc material handling with skid steers, loaders, backhoe's. Compacting backfill material will smooth drum roller. Kick broom for misc clean up.

Laborer tasks- RCP/Drainage- check grade of trench. Spot operator when placing bedding and setting pipe. Hand grade bedding to spec. Place backfill material and compact. Set up pipe lasers and other building tools. Lay out for excavation and read plans/drawings. MSE walls- spot operator when placing wall panel and securing wall panel. Install support straps to wall and backfill wall.

Operator tasks- run skid steer to lay out and place backfill material. loader to transport wall panels and misc truck loading and material handling. Smooth drum roller for backfill operations. Kick broom for misc clean up.

Laborer tasks- shovel material, place sand and hand grade, place filter fabric.

Operator tasks- provide dust control and water for backfill operations with cat articulating water truck. Compact loose material with a cat sheep's foot roller.
