• Project consisted of replacing 2-10in jet fuel lines on Dyess Air Force base with 31,000ft of 10in stainless steel pipe with multiple guided auger bores for the Army Core of Engineers.

• Project consisted of installing 1 mile of 10in steel pipe along the side of Hwy 169 connecting a facility being constructed to an existing pipeline.

• Communicated with on site Chief inspector every morning and worked together to solve any issues that arose.
• Set up and organized delivery for all equipment, pipe, consumables, safety supplies, etc for the project.

Worked on a Tie-in crew making 16in welds.

Built Fabrication from ISO drawings in multiple sizes from 1/2in socket welds to 16in pipe for a shut down on a operating facility in ND and then moved to CO and built fabrication for multiple compressor stations.

• Reviewed design specifications critically for accuracy, identifying potential issues before they escalated into costly delays.
• Reviewed plans and inspected ongoing construction to keep work in line with project goals.
• Communicated effectively with clients throughout each stage of the project for transparency regarding progress updates as well as addressing any concerns raised promptly.
• This project was along the side of a major state hwy SC-9. Communication with the traffic control crews was vital in the safety of my team.
• Communicated with the HDD contractors for our 6400ft bore underneath a very large wetland.

Welded on fabrication that was built in Bloomfield and once it was done we mobilized to Orla TX.

Once on site in Orla we began making field welds to install the fabrication. I also pulled measurements and made ISO's for the welders on the 2in piping for all 5 compressors.

• My duties were to maintain progress on the job and communicate with the Superintendent/project manager on organizing equipment and tools for the job

• Running welders on a gathering system for Stonehenge
• First job was 28 miles of 20" thru the hills of PA
• The following jobs were 16" and ranged from 3 to 8 miles in length
• I ran the fabrication/installation and all welding on main line from pipe gang to tie ins, also assisted tie in crews and run a tie in crew when needed
• I assisted in the pigging process and hydro test on the 28 miles and then on the 4 other jobs (8miles, 3miles, 3miles, and 2miles I was the foreman for running pigs and watering up the mainline (everything but the actual test)
• I took over as Superintendent in July of 2017 starting out with 1 mile of 20" .500W in the Winch hills of Ohio
• I then went back to Butler and took the place of the super that was on site and finished 8 miles of 16", then moved on to 2 miles of 16", then to 3 other 16" lines that were also 3 miles long completing the gathering system for Stonehenge
• On all these jobs I ran all pigs and watered up the main line for the hydro test contractor, also nitrogen testing the 6" flow lines to all the wells
• Upon completing the Stonehenge projects, I then moved on to 3 miles of 12" for Superior
• In November 2018 I transferred to Weatherford TX to be the backend superintendent on 81 miles of 20" on the Targa Grand Prix North Branch
• This job was already under way when I arrived on site at the end of November
• We had 10 tie-in crews going by the time we reached the midpoint of the job

• Welding on tie in crew cutting fittings down and making tie in welds

• Quality control on all aspects of welding stainless steel and carbon pipe
• I also directed X-RAY (radiographic and phased a-ray) and overseen the heat-treating process on welds
• This was at a DCP facility near Greeley CO

• Took over as welding foreman at the end of 30 miles of 12 inch on the Highland Crude Oil line and then kicked off 60 miles of 12 inch on the same line in July

• My duties were to oversee all stringing, bending, laying pipe, lowering-in pipe, and tie-ins of dual 6-inch lines

• Lead inspector on flood recovery projects where I located the lines that needed repair then contacted operations to verify the line was safe to proceed with repairs
• Upon verification I then ordered materials needed and contacted Hydro Vac
• I then overseen all stages of construction including Hydro testing, hot tie-ins, and weld mapping of new pipe and fabrication
• Upon completion I then contacted operations to verify the line was ready for operation

• I also participated in the pressure testing of the pipeline and small fabrication pieces

• My duties were to hot pass the main line and then go to a tie-in crew
