Organize and facilitate planning sessions with key tribal government officials, department directors and key stakeholders. Design, apply and analyze data collection via surveys and focus group sessions.

Conducted strategic planning sessions with 7 of the 21 pueblos and tribes in New Mexico. Facilitated goals of strengthening water resources governance, developing community-based solutions for natural resources management of tribal lands, and seeking opportunities for compliance with the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act. Designed and implemented culturally appropriate, community based strategic planning efforts for Native American tribal governments. Secured and managed a three-year grant from the EPA. Delivered five Tribal source water protection plans annually.
