In March of 2024 myself and 3 Prizm employees were sent to Piedmont South Carolina to begin project Eagle. This project was designed in place for MAGNA company. The big picture on this project was the guarantee from ownership to have (3) 5,000 amp substations, (3) 25Kv transformers, and (10) 25kv switches powered on final inspection completed by November 27-2024. My team and I immediately hit the ground running knowing this was not all we had to challenge. Standing in front of this completion was a 845,000 Sq ft building that consisted of robotic machinery with 2 60'X200' ECOAT assembly lines. We work hand and hand with a Hungary company (KNIPL) to ensure we could provide temporary and normal power in the time is was needed. This was a very complex project requiring everyone to be on there toes every minute and day. I could not be more proud of my team for there strong will, drive, and respect. They were right by my side the entire way and knew I was right there for them. I like to say the best part about this project was when October came around. The gear was schedule to begin delivery on October 10th 2024. Once again as soon as it did we were ready. There was time we were driving to the site at 11 at night to make sure switches and electrical ger got offloaded. We hit the ground again working any hours it took to make sure we hit the power up deadline of November 27th 2024. Which makes it so bittersweet to state we didn't only make the deadline we went over a above and decided to push harder and pass finale electrical inspection with a meter release on November 14th 2024. Which allowed us to shut of the temporary 480 Volt system and turn on the building 25Kv system.
