Interact courteously with park visitors and provide basic information or assistance as needed.

Clean and sanitize all areas of luxury rental units, and new construction builds, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, outdoor spaces, and light maintenance if needed.

Change linens, make beds with precision, and launder towels and bedding as required.

Restock amenities (e.g., toiletries, coffee supplies, bottled water) in alignment with property standards.

As a business owner:

Schedule and manage cleaning appointments to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate financial records including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.

Handle all administrative duties including customer communication, quotes, contracts, and follow-ups.

Perform and oversee tasks such as tread building, drainage installation, rock work, timber structures, brushing, and erosion control.

Lead, train, and motivate trail crew members in daily tasks and safety protocols

Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety standards at all times
