I assist both our commercial clients and personal lines clients with various needs. My responsibilities with personal line clients includes writing new business, customer service, claims service, and accounting. I assisted our commercial clients with accounting, customers service, and data management. Over the last couple of years I have been in charge of managing our records system for our commercial clients to make renewals and quoting more efficent.

I handled a caseload of 15 families that had open cases with the county. My responsibilities included home visits, case management, attending court hearings, attending other meetings such as therapeutic visits, supervised visits, and educational meetings.
