CAMILO ANDRES MORALES PARRA

Bachelor in Physical Education and adventurer at heart, with more than 20 years of experience in the design, coordination, and management of nature programs, adventure tourism, and outdoor education in Colombia. I have worked with young people and corporate teams, facilitating organizational development processes and human talent management. My creativity, leadership, flexibility, empathy, and proficiency in handling specific tools and machinery have allowed me to solve adverse situations.

I have first-hand knowledge of Colombia’s reality and geography thanks to trips, expeditions, and journeys by bicycle and kayak throughout the country. I participated in the second season of Discovery Channel Latin America’s reality show, proudly representing my country. Additionally, I have competed in 500 km adventure races and participated in marathons and ultra-marathons of up to 180 km in Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, South Africa, and France, which has given me a unique perspective on human strength and willpower, as well as the ability to be amazed when achieving challenging goals.

I have fostered synergies among different actors in various regions of Colombia, promoting contact and cultural exchange with foreigners.
