Summary

Overall, I have a lot of work experience in many areas of work. I fight too have a strong work ethic, too take care of my workplace, and most importantly those around me. I am a very social person and enjoy making friends. I have more work experience I did not include in this resume that I can discuss over interview. I did not deem it necessary to include it here. I am extremely versatile as an employee and a hard worker.

Work History

Medical Instructor

Front Rage CPR & American Red Cross
Westminster
06.2023 - Current

I currently work with Front Range CPR and American Red Cross as a CPR, General First Aid, Bleeding Control, and Baby Sitting instructor. I teach all these classes and have an expansive knowledge of the medical field due to my EMT certification and experience. I am still currently an instructior and have had this as a secondary job for many years now. Scheduling is not a conflict due to the fact that I pick and choose what classes I teach around my main job.

Track Marshal

Podium Karting & Events
Denver
04.2024 - 02.2025

I've been working as a track marshal at Podium Karting for the better half of 2024 and into 2025. I deeply enjoy the job, and being surrounded by racing and likeminded people has been a very refreshing experience.

  • I have worked and managed the track, including running pits by myself during full heats consistently over the span of many hours, as well as enforcing track rules via flags and signs at position one on the track.
  • Extremely accustomed to quick decision-making and quick action in emergency situations.
  • A big objective of mine at Podium has always been to make sure people leave any interaction with me with a more positive feeling and a smile. I enjoy connecting with people on a very human level, and that goes for both customers and staff.
  • I'm very good at deescalating situations with aggravated customers. I learned how to do that primarily by calming angry, drunk people down in the back of ambulances.
  • Another big focus of mine has been efficiency without cutting corners, and optimizing tedious tasks to make them less tedious. A lot of track work can become extremely repetitive, and if I see an improvement that can be made, I will not hesitate to bring that to the appropriate attention.
  • I believe having a general understanding of the mechanics of a kart is very important, and being able to properly diagnose mechanical failures or issues with karts is an important part of being a track marshal in a karting workplace.

Having worked at Podium for as long as I have, I do not wish to leave my current job; however, I am being forced to, as the company is shutting down. My last scheduled day is 2/27/25.

General Labor & Construction

Trisimo
Brighton
10.2023 - 02.2024

This is the second project I have undertaken with Trisimo on the construction front. It was the remodel of Candlewood Inn, located in the Prairie Center in Brighton, Colorado. It was an $8 million renovation of the entire building. This included stripping the entire building from the ground up over the process of a week, and reconstructing it all over the course of several months. We worked with a full team under the title of general labor because of the scope of the project. This included electrical work, carpentry, demolition, and many, many other odd jobs throughout the course of the project. I have a wide range of knowledge and skills with many tools, including power tools. And a solid understanding of managing a mass-scale project, such as this renovation.

Manager, Host, & Bartender

Lizzie's Axe Throwing
Brighton
03.2023 - 12.2023

Within this job, I worked with many people and created countless positive relationships with both customers and staff. I work in and around what, under the right situations, could be considered a dangerous environment. However, exercising safety precautions and a positive experience for all involved created a safe, positive work environment.

  • Provided and worked toward a positive and safe customer experience.
  • Managed training alongside both customers and employees.
  • Made drinks, including alcoholic beverages, as a 'venue bar' bartender.
  • Acted as a hostess, checking people in, managing and creating reservations, and creating an enjoyable and safe environment for customers.
  • Managed both the opening and closing procedures of the building, including shutting down, running tip sheets, dropping money in the safe, cleaning, and locking up.
  • Upkeep on axes and throwing lanes, including building and installing new targets, sharpening axes, etc.

Night Auditor

IHG Hotels & Resorts
Brighton
11.2021 - 04.2023
  • I worked as a host at the front desk.
  • Worked alone all night managing the entirety of the hotel full time.
  • Ran financial reports and cataloged emergency and financial reports throughout the week.
  • Completed over 30 daily tasks throughout the night, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Diffused situations with irritated customers, lending a positive experience and smiles within the company.

Barista

Starbucks
Brighton
11.2019 - 01.2022
  • I worked for Customer Connections and Support.
  • I worked as a cashier.
  • Tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.
  • Handcrafted a massive catalog of beverages.

I learned how to work as a team primarily from Starbucks. It was my first major job. In order for the floor to function properly with the high volume of orders in such short timespans, we all had to work fluidly in unison, and it really helped me learn how to function not only as a team member, but also as a team leader.

Night Auditor

Comfort Inn & Suites
Brighton
01.2019 - 11.2019
  • I worked as a host at the front desk.
  • Worked alone all night managing the entirety of the hotel full time.
  • Ran financial reports and cataloged emergency and financial reports throughout the week.
  • Completed over 30 daily tasks throughout the night, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Diffused situations with irritated customers, lending a positive experience and smiles within the company.

General Labor & Construction

Trisimo
Brighton
11.2018 - 01.2019

This was my first official job! I remember getting the interview, showing up on the first day, and having the time of my life. This was the first and second project I worked with Trisimo for. It involved the construction of Holiday Inn Express and Suites in the Prairie Center of Brighton, Colorado, and then immediately thereafter, the remodel of the Comfort Inn and Suites in the same lot.
