Castle rock

Summary

I am a dedicated employee and want to further my career. I have been to multiple Microsoft data centers and know how the AZNG, ANG, and IDFs work. I have some experience with Phynet and GDCO, and I know how to read rack and cable labels. I want to learn more, as I find fiber to be a fascinating subject, and I enjoy working with it. I know how to properly dress cables, make sure they stay healthy, and avoid bends in them. I know how to use and read an OTDR, as well as tell if a cable has a high loss or is broken with an optical multi-meter. I would be an asset to any data center. You can trust me to get the job done right the first time. I was part of CommScope's DC Ops team, where we went to different Microsoft markets to teach the FTEs and vendors how to properly clean and scope LC jumpers, and taught them how to tell if a cable or device is the issue and how to fix the issue. We brought Quince Washington's ticket numbers from hundreds a day to 20 a day. I can promise you that I will be a benefit to your sites and the company.
