I am experienced in theft prevention, demonstrating strong observational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to reduce loss and improve efficiency for both myself and my company. My father; who has done 15+ years in construction, has helped me develop familiarity with basic tools, safety practices, and job site expectations from a young age. In the past I have joined him on work sites, helped work on special projects; and now that he is a mechanic it has helped me become a hands-on and detail-orientated worker, with a strong foundation in using tools and working in physically demanding environments. I'm able to multitask effectively, and work efficiently both under supervision and independently. I can take initiative, i strive to get better at staying organized, and maintaining focus in fast paced environments while also consistently meeting expectations.

In the past 2 years I have been a part of our A.P team in my company that has helped in reducing the total percentage of money lost in one year. My Boss took a chance on me and hired me from simply being a cashier; and through our grit, determination, and her mentoring we were a big factor in the store's success. Our store went from losing roughly 3 million, to only losing 1.2 in one year.
