Im skilled in working in the restaurant industry with years of organizational skills and strong communication in any setting or volume. I am quick to problem solving, working under pressure, or if its handling multiple tasks at once. Working at smile polished off my customer service more by being able to work one on one with parents and kids and teaching me how to be attentive to all age groups.
I welcomed in patients with a friendly start before their appointment , making sure that all of their information was correct and that any concern was met before they were seen by the assistants and doctors. My role was to also make sure that the lobby was as clean as possible and that the schedules were on time and correct.
I managed multiple tables while making sure every guest had a great meal and experience while they were in my section whether it was busy or slow. I made great relationships with my guests leading them to come back and become regulars while also connecting with my co workers so we can run efficiently as a team.
