I am a hard working and dedicated employee who will devote himself fully to his work and put in 100% of his effort into producing results. Alongside my employment history, I have worked on multiple award-winning short films as the Assistant Director, working as the front man in the pre-production process as well as running set while the director was able to work with talent and his cinematographer, ensuring a smooth production. I have also worked on several productions as the Script Supervisor, ensuring the script was followed and that continuity in the film was maintained.
As a fundraiser for GIG International, I work with several charities and non-profits to raise donations, allowing the organizations the space to focus fully on their causes. My days consist of standing outside of businesses we have approval from to raise funds, frequently and happily engaging in customer interactions and meaningful conversations while delivering a pitch tailored to each person based upon my interactions with them.
As a sales specialist at American Family, I further perfected the art of the sale while discussing rates with customers and selling them on excellent customer service that I myself provided. Through this I built fantastic customer relations that led to clients recommending our office to other potential clients who required insurance needs. With this, I also perfected my skills in business to business relations, showing businesses how our insurance and customer service would benefit them over other companies, as well as their current insurance providers.
From Spring 2022 through July 2023, I had the privilege of being an Assistant Manager at the Jiffy Lube in Castle Rock, CO, helping them by directly helping with customer issues and identifying services that their vehicle required, all while delivering honest advice for their needs. I also managed the same duties I held as the Customer Experience Manager. Throughout the months of June and July 2022, I took over as interim General Manager while the GM at the time dealt with a personal crisis. Through this, I learned further proper management skills and how to fully ensure that our store was consistently on the top of the Jiffy Lube food chain.
As the Customer Experience Manager at the Jiffy Lube in Castle Rock, CO, I was the first face people saw when pulling up to the service doors. My job entailed informing customers of services recommended by the vehicles manufacturer, cashing out customers while ensuring all requested services had been completed, delivering fair and honest recommendations and helping the GM deal with any and all customer issues that arose during or after service, whether it be at my store or a different location.
While serving as the Pro Service Desk Loader during the pandemic, I not only assisted customers with loading their purchases in their vehicle, but also assisted in helping find products, as well as help supervise and get deliveries out in the morning.
While working as a server at Alamo Drafthouse, I helped walk customers through the menu and greeted them to their movie going experience with a smile. After 2 months, I was granted a closing key, entrusting me with ensuring the establishment was closed at night with 0 dirty theatres and a clean kitchen ready for the next days work.
